• 14 years teaching in primary and secondary special schools and behaviour provision

• 7 years delivering Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to a broad range of clients in the charity, NHS and private sectors

• Founded and held positions as Co-Chair and Vice-Chair of the BABCP Neurodiversity Special Interest Group. 

• Chaired a panel on Neurodivergence in CBT at the BABCP Conference in Cardiff, 2023

• Delivered CPD to South Staffs Talking Therapies on Working with Autistic People and Social Anxiety and Autism

• Delivered CPD with an Autistic client to a group of counsellors working at a hospice.

• Lectured and supervised on the Postgraduate Diploma CBT course for 3 years at Staffordshire University

• Founded and Chaired Neurodiversity Champions group across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies

• Delivered Neurodiversity Specific Supervision for Counsellors and CBT therapists.

• Delivered CPD to Sexual Abuse service on identifying and working with neurodivergent people.
